Hi I’m Victor, the founder of Electrics and More Midlands Ltd. When I started this company in 2019, I wanted to build the kind of electrical business that people genuinely enjoy working with. One that’s reliable, professional and built on trust.

Over the years, I’ve seen how frustrating it can be when tradespeople don’t turn up, communication is poor or customers are left wondering what’s happening next. That’s why we’ve made customer experience just as important as the quality of our workmanship. My passion is helping homeowners and businesses improve their properties safely, whether that’s installing a premium EV charger, carrying out a full rewire or upgrading an aging electrical installation. Every project is approached with the same care, attention to detail and commitment to getting it right.

I believe in giving honest advice, never recommending work that isn’t needed and taking the time to explain your options in plain English. My goal is simple: I want you to feel confident from our very first conversation through to the day the job is complete.
